Martin brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in the window coverings and consumer products industries, including key roles at Springs Window Fashions and, most recently, as General Manager of the Sunbrella® Window Business Unit at Glen Raven. Known for driving innovation, customer-focused solutions, and sustainable brand growth, Martin joins Rowley with a strong track record of guiding teams and organizations through successful transition and expansion.
